Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, ensuring continuity of operations and proper CMMS and spare parts inventory management. The role requires leadership in maintenance planning, budgeting, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities include managing breakdown analysis, coordinating subcontractors, and coaching maintenance staff to ensure a highly effective department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventative maintenance plans to keep equipment in good shape and minimize breakdowns.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses and manage maintenance projects addressing recurring issues.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging compliance.
