Job summary

Scalable Sourcing is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within set budgets. You will ensure CMMS and spare parts inventory are well maintained to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate subcontractors, develop preventive maintenance plans, and drive improvements while ensuring safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial maintenance, people management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with CMMS and spare parts inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance and inspection plans to reduce breakdowns.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS compliance and spare parts inventory control.
• Oversee budget and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
