Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the planned maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities, ensuring operational continuity within budget. The role includes managing CMMS, spare parts inventory and coordinating maintenance teams and subcontractors.

You will drive preventive maintenance, investigate breakdowns, and lead improvement projects while ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal resource allocation across the facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with automation and control logic systems.
• Able to negotiate with suppliers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities.
• Draft and manage preventive maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead troubleshooting and smaller maintenance projects.
• Coordinate maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and spare parts inventory are followed.
• Manage budget, compliance, safety, quality and environmental standards.
