Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for planning and organizing maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities to ensure continuous operations. You will oversee CMMS and spare parts inventory and align with budgetary norms.

You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate with production, manage preventive maintenance plans, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Min. 8 years of experience in industrial processes and people management.
• Strong analytical, hands-on and structured approach.
• Experience with CMMS, maintenance planning and budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities to ensure continuous operations.
• Draft and manage preventative maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns; manage small maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS and spare parts inventory are up to date.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
