Job summary

The role includes CMMS stewardship and spare parts inventory management. You will develop maintenance strategies, oversee inspections, lead breakdown analyses, and coordinate external contractors while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Knowledge of automation and control logic systems, reading and interpreting drawings and electrical systems.
• Capable of thinking technically.
• Able to convey information to / negotiate with third parties (suppliers/operations).

Responsibilities

• Determine guidelines regarding the procedures to be followed for maintenance of the machinery to support Production efficiently.
• Draft and manage the inspection and preventative maintenance plan to keep equipment and facilities in good shape and minimize breakdowns.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns and issues; perform breakdown analyses and manage smaller maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversee budget, compliance with legal requirements, safety, quality and environmental standards.
