Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities, ensuring smooth operations within budget and quality standards. The role includes managing CMMS and spare parts inventory for reliable operation.

You will lead maintenance planning, supervise subcontractors, and coach staff to enhance skills while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards and internal rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial processes, people management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Determine guidelines for maintenance to support Production efficiently.
• Draft and manage preventive maintenance plans to keep equipment and facilities in good shape.
• Lead and support the resolution of technical breakdowns and analyze breakdowns.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Draft budget and monitor spending to stay within the budget.
• Oversee execution of facility improvements, maintenance and CAPEX projects.
• Coach and develop staff to maintain high competency and performance.
