Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities in line with budgetary norms. You will maintain the CMMS and spare parts inventory and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires leading maintenance planning, reducing downtime, managing subcontractors, and coaching a team. A mechanical engineering background and 8+ years in industrial environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience managing industrial processes and teams is required.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage an inspection and preventative maintenance plan to keep equipment and facilities in good shape.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns; perform breakdown analyses and small maintenance projects.
• Organize, coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors.
• Ensure CMMS procedures and logging are followed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Draw up and manage the working budget within the general budgetary vision.
• Oversee compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Plan facility improvements, maintenance, and CAPEX projects.
• Coach and develop staff to build a capable maintenance team.
• Promote collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
