Qualifications

• Senior Maintenance Mechanic: 5 to 9+ years of relevant work experience, with a Journeyman’s certification in related trade required.
• Intermediate Maintenance Mechanic: 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a Journeyman's certification in related trade. High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• Conducts scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for complex multi-component equipment and systems.
• May assist in construction and installation activities related to facility structure, infrastructure, and furnishings.
