Job summary

Qualifications
- 5 to 9+ years of relevant work experience with Journeyman certification required.
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience with Journeyman certification for intermediate level.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic repairs.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing for water distribution.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Lead stretch assignments and assist with construction activities.
- Assist with room setups, weather cleanup and related duties as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and use a variety of hand tools and meters.
