Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent.
• 5–9+ years for Senior level; 3–5+ years for Intermediate level in relevant trades.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs of a non-routine nature to electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fixtures and other plumbing for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• Conducts scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for complex multi-component equipment and systems.
• Participates in stretch assignments and may lead installation or construction activities related to facility structure and furnishings.
• Assists with room setups, snow/ice removal, and inclement weather clean up.
• Adheres to OSHA and safety requirements; uses hand tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
