Strong troubleshooting, blueprints-reading, and safety compliance are essential. Ideal candidates have 5–9+ years (Senior) or 3–5+ years (Intermediate) of relevant work, along with a Journeyman certification.

Qualifikationen

• Journeyman certification or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret HVAC/electrical schematics.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing pipes and fixtures for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on complex equipment/systems.
• Lead stretch assignments and assist in facility construction/installation activities.
• Monitor and adjust equipment to optimize availability and yield; support room setups and weather-related tasks.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and use tools, meters, and equipment properly.
