Descrizione del lavoro

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for East Hills properties (313 units). You will lead maintenance staff, manage preventative maintenance, supervise vendors, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications include minimum five years in multifamily maintenance, two years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with maintenance software such as RealPage. Experience with LIHTC/HUD programs is a plus.

Competenze

Minimum five years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
Minimum two years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, or building systems maintenance.
Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Section 8) is a plus.
Trade school education or technical certifications preferred.

Mansioni

Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians and grounds personnel.
Establish performance expectations and promote safety, quality, and customer service.
Coordinate staffing schedules, on-call rotations, and emergency coverage.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for systems and common areas.
Oversee completion of work orders, inspections, and repairs; ensure timely turnover of vacant units.
Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and service providers.
