Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community. You will lead maintenance operations, train staff, and coordinate service requests to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, CPO and HVAC certifications, and ability to manage on-call rotations and documentation. On-site, full-time with weekend coverage and strong focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient with OneSite, Yardi, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have CPO and HVAC certifications.
• 40-hour work week with weekend rotation and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to keep property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff for quality service.
• Manage service requests and 24-hour on-call rotations.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and vendor interactions.
• Maintain records for leases, inspections, and permits.
• Monitor budget and obtain approvals for major expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
