ResProp Management in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all service operations, manage work orders, and ensure timely repairs of appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years general maintenance, 3+ years apartment industry experience, EPA Universal certification, CPO preferred, and the ability to supervise a team, recruit, and manage inventory and safety standards,

Qualifications

• Eight years of general maintenance and three years in apartment operations required.
• EPA Universal certification required; CPO preferred.
• Proficient with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and general carpentry.
• Must have own tool kit and be tech-savvy with basic software.
• Resident service focus, and ability to work rotating on-call shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals and ensure timely repairs.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical as needed.
• Maintain positive resident relations and high service standards.
• Train maintenance teammates and coach performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee unit turns, property appearance, and shop organization.
• Walk apartments post-move-out to assess repairs and prep for rent-ready status.
