Fogelman Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our Charleston area communities. You will handle service requests, supervise make-readies, inspect property grounds and facilities, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, maintaining logs (refrigerant, pool chemicals, mold), and enforcing safety and Fair Housing policies.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in property management preferred.
• Five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the service team, assign work orders and make-readies.
• Order equipment and supplies within budget.
• Inspect make-readies prior to move-in.
• Maintain property logs (refrigerant, pool chemicals, mold).
• Analyze and resolve escalated maintenance issues.
• Coordinate and schedule outside vendors as needed.
• May participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
