Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce maintenance execution across operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external contractors; ROI on end-of-life decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15%.
