Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
High School diploma or GED required.
Completion of all eight RETA courses required.
HAZMAT certification required.
Successful completion of Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations in refrigerated warehouse.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and schedules.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure OSHA compliance and meet codes for mechanical, electrical and safety requirements.
Collaborate on annual budgets and capital expense plans.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
