Job summary

Americold Refrigerated Warehouse is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance in a cold-storage facility, coordinate maintenance teams, and drive preventive programs to keep operations safe and compliant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse maintenance management, a High School diploma or GED, RETA courses, HAZMAT certification, and will complete the Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse maintenance management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of all eight RETA courses required.
• HAZMAT certification required.
• Successful completion of the Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program within 6 months of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities in refrigerated warehouse.
• Plan work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and municipal/state codes.
• Assist budget planning and long-term improvements.
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment.
