Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for an on-site multifamily community in Hot Springs, AR. You will maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept living environment for residents and staff, protecting property value and resident satisfaction.

You will train maintenance staff, manage safety compliance, coordinate with vendors, and handle work orders with a rotating on-call schedule. A proactive, service-minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and staff management ability.
• Knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Experience with OneSite or Yardi and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• CPO and HVAC certifications required.
• 40-hour work week with weekend/on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Identify hazardous conditions and ensure safety across the property.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
• Approve service requests and oversee on-site operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage on-call rotations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to corporate office.
