Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in California is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a on-site multifamily community. You will oversee the maintenance team, manage safety, and ensure a clean and well‑maintained living environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands‑on maintenance, and training of assistants, with a rotating on‑call schedule and weekend availability. Strong knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing, and property codes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily maintenance.
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff.
• Knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficiency with OneSite and Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and ensure tools are functional.
• Mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety.
• Schedule service requests and 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Ensure timely resident service and complete move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Maintain leases, inspections, renewals, and permits records.
