SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of two apartment communities. You will supervise maintenance staff, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires leadership, hands-on maintenance skills, and the ability to manage on-call rotations and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage staff and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational systems and ensure safety across the property.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
• Manage service requests, on-call rotations, and emergency response.
