Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance for instruments, equipment, buildings and facilities. The role drives preventative programs, analyzes breakdowns, and coordinates subcontractors to ensure reliability and safety.

The position requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, CMMS proficiency and leadership to develop a high-performing team in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management with CMMS and spare parts inventory.
• Ability to manage budgets and CAPEX projects within policy.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment and facilities.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventative maintenance plans.
• Lead breakdown analyses and address recurring issues; manage small maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance.
• Oversee maintenance budget and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.
