Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and janitorial personnel including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Lead programs to maximize revenue, control expenses and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance needs of the community to maintain physical condition and meet business goals.
• Manage customer service requests using the Facility One work order system; prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Assist in developing the annual maintenance operating budget and manage expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; negotiate with external vendors as needed.
