Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance professional to lead the maintenance and housekeeping teams at a multi-family community. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major appliances, while coordinating vendors to maintain safety and standards.

The role includes budget oversight, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. A valid driver’s license and hands-on maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years in multi-family property management or building maintenance.
• Basic arithmetic for estimates and analysis.
• Strong performance management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to use independent judgment to meet goals.
• Proficient with MS Office and office equipment.
• Experience with common maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.
• Must meet company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a maintenance team and preventative maintenance for the community.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and major appliances.
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors and manage safety standards.
• Supervise housekeeping and janitorial staff; ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop maintenance budget and monitor expenditures.
• Inspect and maintain community facilities and equipment.
