Responsibilities include managing work orders, turnover, budget considerations, and daily operations to maintain the property’s value and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team in maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial staff.
• Implements programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversees maintenance needs to ensure physical condition of the community and aligns with annual goals.
• Handles work orders and ensures issues are resolved per standards.
• Oversees turnover of apartment homes and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assists in development of annual maintenance operating budget and monitors expenditures.
