Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead a large on-site maintenance team at our Jacksonville facility. You will drive uptime, lead a multi-level maintenance organization, and oversee safety, reliability, and project execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of leadership, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading 80+ employees including salaried staff.
• Experience leading change across multiple site environments.
• 7+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and implement maintenance and reliability plans to maximize uptime.
• Oversee budget development, capital planning, and vendor relationships.
• Lead safety, training, and KPI-driven improvements across the network.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of large-scale projects.
