Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-site team and oversee maintenance operations. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with Operations and Finance, and ensure a safe working environment across sites.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance plans, managing budgets, and mentoring staff while collaborating with contractors to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Preferred technical discipline in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site maintenance team and possibly supervise Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and budgets.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and audited across sites.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to meet goals.
• Mentor maintenance staff and drive professional development.
• Interact with contractors and vendors to execute projects.
