Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and collaborate with robotics and controls technicians in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-focused service while driving reliability across facilities.

You will supervise daily activities, develop team skills, manage tickets, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership experience and ability to manage a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance mechanics; supervise a team and coordinate tasks.
• Partner with EHS to ensure safety standards across operations.
• Meet KPIs, track labor and manage tickets and work orders.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Support multi-site production and assist in budget planning.
