Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and support technicians in a fast-paced setting to develop skills and capabilities.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and manage on-call emergencies.
• Meet operational KPIs and track labor and tickets.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy across facilities.
• Provide feedback and performance appraisals, and support budgeting and cost analysis.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
