Job summary

The position requires hands-on leadership, experience with industrial machinery and electrical systems, and the ability to manage contractors and on-call emergencies. Travel to supported sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to manage a maintenance team.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Familiarity with CMMS programs and blueprints/electrical schematics.
• Willingness to travel to support network needs and multi-site production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team of mechanics and technicians; train and develop staff.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and handle on-call emergencies.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety programs.
• Manage scheduling, ticket tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and budget tracking.
• Provide client-facing communication and performance feedback.
