Qualifications

• 7+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
• Leads manual testing on large enterprise programs.
• Experience with mainframe applications and transactions.
• Navigates mainframe screens and validates data across systems.
• Develops and executes manual test cases and scripts.
• Hands-on with Tricentis Tosca and qTest.
• Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual testing activities for a critical workstream in a large core banking transformation.
• Execute test cases and validate business processes across mainframe and integrated banking apps.
• Create, maintain, and enhance test scripts, scenarios, and execution docs.
• Validate end-to-end account lifecycle and servicing across systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation for accurate data transmission.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and other QA teams for test coverage.
• Support test planning, defect triage, status reporting, and release readiness.
• Utilize test management tools to manage testing activities and reporting.
