Slalom is seeking an experienced Mainframe QA Lead to support a large-scale Core Banking modernization and deposit replacement program. You will lead manual testing across critical banking applications that integrate with a new core banking platform and manage end-to-end testing efforts.

The role focuses on ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliability across cross-system integrations and customer account processing workflows in a highly visible enterprise transformation.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software QA and testing experience.
• Experience leading manual testing on large enterprise programs.
• Strong experience testing mainframe applications and transactions.
• Navigate mainframe screens and validate data across interconnected systems.
• Experience developing and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Hands-on experience with qTest.
• Strong defect management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manual testing activities for a critical workstream within a large-scale core banking transformation program.
• Execute test cases and validate business processes across mainframe and integrated banking applications.
• Create, maintain, and enhance test scripts, test scenarios, and test execution documentation.
• Validate end-to-end account lifecycle and account servicing processes across multiple systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate transmission of customer and account information between applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and other QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Support test planning, defect triage, status reporting, and release readiness activities.
• Utilize test management and execution tools to manage testing activities and reporting.
