Job summary

Ensono is seeking an experienced mainframe support professional to deliver premium services for IMS and related OEM software on z/OS environments. This remote role serves clients across multiple time zones and requires strong customer service skills paired with deep technical knowledge.

You will troubleshoot, install, and coordinate 24/7/365 coverage, focusing on IMS and OEM products, and report to the Senior Manager - Mainframe Systems Programming.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in mainframe systems programming or related fields.
• Familiarity with IMS and related OEM software products on z/OS.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service requests for mainframe z/OS customers in a timely manner.
• Provide primary support for IMS and related OEM software products.
• Provide 24 x 7 x 365 support across multiple time zones.
• Follow procedures for installing OEM software products according to Ensono standards.
