Qualifications

• Experience with CICS TS and related OEM software products.
• Ability to provide 24x7 support across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with ITSM change control procedures and standard operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service orders (CSOs) for mainframe z/OS customers in relation to CICS TS and OEM products.
• Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS and OEM software products.
• Provide support on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis across multiple time zones.
