Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to implement standardized upgrade processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for z/OS upgrade projects and mass maintenance.
• Design standardized approaches for upgrades and maintenance to ensure quality.
• Oversee installation and configuration of IBM and ISV software per standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize business impact during upgrades.
