The role leads design, development, support, and optimization of MQ-based messaging solutions and Claims applications, partnering with onsite and offshore teams to ensure reliable enterprise integration and scalability.

You will design, implement, test, and maintain mainframe Claims applications using CICS and MQ; mentor offshore team members; coordinate releases

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in MQ, mainframe technologies, and Healthcare Claims processing.
• Experience with CICS and MQ.
• Ability to lead design, development, support, and optimization of MQ-based messaging solutions and Claims applications.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with offshore/onshore teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement technical solutions for Claims applications by transforming business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant mainframe systems.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain mainframe Claims applications using CICS and MQ.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, PMs, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore team members and coordinate onsite-offshore activities.
• Serve as a key contact for technical issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
