Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience.

• Experience in healthcare claims processing workflows.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable mainframe solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and support healthcare claims applications on the mainframe.
• Lead code reviews and optimize performance; troubleshoot production issues.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and stakeholders in Agile delivery.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation validation.
