Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Mainframe/Data Platform Production Support Engineer to provide Level 3 support for critical enterprise data platforms powering Workplace Investing.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across Mainframe and distributed environments, with a strong focus on COBOL, JCL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL-based platforms. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to perform root cause analysis, support data integrity,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
5+ years supporting enterprise data platforms or production environments.
Experience with Mainframe tools COBOL/JCL/DB2/CICS/VSAM.
Proficient in Oracle and SQL data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 production support for critical data platforms and applications.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across Mainframe and distributed environments.
Perform root cause analysis and support data integrity and stability.
