Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5–10+ years in mainframe brokerage or stock plan services.
• Experience leading mainframe development teams on a Z/OS environment.
• Proficient in COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ-Series, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of stock plan services on mainframe.
• Collaborate across IT and business units on complex projects.
• Provide on-site and on-call support as SME.
• Ensure QA readiness and system testing.
