Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Principal Systems Services and Support Analyst to plan, coordinate, and support disaster recovery tests and complex system issues across mainframe and distributed environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and performance, applying incident management and DR testing practices in production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or closely related field and five years of experience in principal systems services and support analyst role.
Or, a Master’s degree and three years of experience in the same domain.

Develops and implements best practices for systems support.
