Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience supporting IBM z/OS operating systems in a systems programming or operating systems engineering role.
• Experience administering and supporting large-scale enterprise mainframe environments.
• 5+ years experience installing, customizing, upgrading, and maintaining IBM and Independent Software Vendor software products using SMP/E.

Responsibilities

• Support stability, availability, security, and performance of Fidelity's enterprise z/OS environment.
• Lead OS upgrades, software maintenance, and modernization initiatives.
• Automate operational processes using JCL, REXX, Python, and platform engineering tools.
