You will serve as a software detective, diagnosing complex issues across mainframe environments and driving rapid incident resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering Support.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
• Lead collaborative efforts across teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and minimize business impact.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring problems and proposing enhancements to processes and tools.
• Provide expert guidance and knowledge sharing to support team members and foster a culture of learning.
• Contribute to development and documentation of best practices and SOPs to elevate service quality.
• L2/L3 break fix, service requests, and problem management as part of L3.
