Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior M/E Engineer to lead complex mechanical and electrical field construction activities on select projects. You will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control and commissioning within mechanical/electrical scopes, develop budgets, bid analyses, and identify new opportunities.

The role requires extensive experience in ME engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BIM, scheduling tools, and Lean methods to continuously improve project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates from program data and schematics.
• Review options, perform systems analysis and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Coordinate the mechanical and electrical scopes during bid process.
• Develop sequencing requirements and scheduling inputs for projects.
• Mentor less-experienced co-workers and promote quality control.
