Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural) or related field is required.
• 10+ years construction management experience preferred.
• Experience in M/E estimating, budgeting and bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Reviews mechanical and electrical options, completes systems analysis, and offers value engineering suggestions.
• Coordinates the bid process and develops sequencing requirements to meet the schedule.
• Mentors less experienced coworkers and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
• Builds relationships with clients and participates in interviews for winning work.
