Job summary

Fox Rothschild has an opening for a mid-level or senior associate with experience in mid-market M&A ($25 million to $500 million in deal value) and venture capital. This is substantive, client-facing work: the ideal candidate will have significant exposure to sophisticated deal structures, direct client contact, and the opportunity to shape transactions.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience and working knowledge of corporate and partnership

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate/transactional experience.
• Experience in mid-market M&A ($25M–$500M) and venture capital.
• Working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts.
• Licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Handle substantive, client-facing work and shape transactions.
• Exposure to sophisticated deal structures and direct client contact.
• Contribute to and lead components of mid-market deals.
