Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and academic record required.
• Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements and familiarity with NVCA documents required.
• Ability to handle routine matters independently and interact directly with clients.
• Ability to handle major acquisitions and divestiture activity for hundreds of middle-market companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive, client-facing work in mid-market M&A and VC.
• Assist with structuring and negotiating complex deals across industries.
• Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements and related documents.
