Qualifications

• Experience in mid-market M&A ($25 million to $500 million in deal value).
• Significant exposure to sophisticated deal structures and direct client contact.
• Knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage in substantive, client-facing M&A/work.
• Shape transactions and manage mid-market deals end-to-end.
• Collaborate with clients and deal teams to structure and close transactions.
