Job summary

Fox Rothschild seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 4–6 years of corporate and transactional experience in mid-market M&A and venture capital. The role involves substantive, client-facing work, exposure to sophisticated deal structures, and opportunities to shape transactions.

The firm supports flexible location among listed cities, with autonomy over how and where work is performed. A JD and bar licensure in qualifying jurisdictions are required.

Qualifications

• JD required and must be licensed to practice in one of the listed jurisdictions.
• Licensed to practice in FL, GA, NC, SC, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY or MA.
• Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, familiarity with NVCA docs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Structure and manage mid-market M&A transactions.
• Interact directly with clients and oversee acquisitions/divestitures for multi-entity clients.
