Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires JD and license to practice in listed jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements; familiarity with NVCA documents.
• Ability to manage routine matters independently and interact directly with clients.
• Experience handling major acquisitions and divestitures for hundreds of middle-market companies.
• Big law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities
