Qualifications

• JD required and licensed in listed jurisdictions.
• Strong writing and academic record.
• Experience drafting stock and asset purchase agreements; NVCA documents familiarity.
• Ability to handle matters independently and interact with clients.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
